About “‘Pryluky’ Butter-Dairy”

The primary purpose of “‘Pryluky’ Butter-Dairy” functioning — is an organization of milk and other products’ production for the sake of private individual and of the nation.

The factory processes 200 tons of milk daily.

“‘Pryluky’ Butter-Dairy” works in close cooperation with collective farms of Varvyn, Ichnyans’k, Pryluky and Romen districts. 14 milk collecting stations have been established during the two-year period. In July 2005, Kharkiv urban village’s milk collecting station was built and equipped with contemporary equipment; it supplies the factory with 10 tons of milk daily.

On February 2005, 10 brand-new milk tankers were bought with load-carrying capacity of 3.5 tons. The butter-dairy’s cold store was reequipped into independent cooling (Freon refrigerating system). A new butter-line of constant functioning was purchased and installed, which enabled the factory to enlarge the production assortment. On April 2005, additional equipment was purchased for the compressor sector of the factory, which enabled to increase the sector capacity and to use energy carriers rationally.

After the purchasing of the “Pryluky Butter-Dairy”, which at that moment was in the neglected state, “Favoryt” has set a goal not just to revive the production process on the factory, but to make it the one of the best enterprises in the industry.

In 2007, “Favoryt” has finished the first stage of the total restructuring of the factory, its result was the launching of line of the German firm “Westfalia Separator Food Tec” that produces the exclusive products for the domestic milk industry — the cream cheese. Using the same equipment, the “Favoryt” company has started the production of milk products (milk, kefir, sour cream, yoghurts).

The unique technology of production and equipment of the German firm “Westfalia Separator Food Tec” allow to produce the products of high quality without preservatives, which answers the European standards. The analogues of such equipment do not exist in the whole post-Soviet territory.

The main strategy of “‘Pryluky’ Butter-Dairy” development for the next will be:

  • the increase of production volumes;
  • the expansion of produced butter’s assortment;
  • the expansion of product market in eastward and southward regions of Ukraine.
