History of “‘Pryluky’ Butter-Dairy”

After the town’s liberation from German invaders on May 27, 1945, Pryluky butter-dairy started its productive activity, according to the decree of the Head of Pryluky Executive Committee of the District of People’s Deputies and the Secretary of Pryluky District Party Committee.

The factory cooperated with inhabitants of Pryluky and Yablunivs’ky districts, where twenty two separator-pouring stations were established.

On January 20, 1949, on the basis of the Regional Milk Industry’s letter, Malodyvitskyi Butter-Dairy joined the Pryluky Butter-Dairy.

In the beginning of 1955, the factory changed its name into “Pryluky Cheese-making Plant” of the Chernyhiv Milk Industry Association.

In November 1986, the construction was started on the new territory of Pryluky Butter-making Plant and in December 1998, it has started its functioning.

On the base of the decree of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, the state establishment “Pryluky Butter-making Plant” was reformed into public company “Butter-making Plant”.

On March 27, 2000, CJSC “‘Pryluky’ Butter-Dairy” was registered and now it represents the branch establishment of CJSC “Favoryt”.
